Closing: Open

Description: The Positions: The Environmental Design Program invites applications for two full-time Positions at the rank of Instructor I : Position number 09099 Ecology & Design, and Position number 11411 Technology & Design, with a starting date of January 1, 2011 or as soon as possible thereafter. Candidates with demonstrated teaching and research, and / or practice excellence are invited to apply.

The Faculty of Architecture at the University of Manitoba is dedicated to studies in the design of human settlements. It includes an undergraduate program in Environmental Design as well as four graduate departments offering professional design degrees in Architecture, City Planning, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture, and a Ph.D. program in Design and Planning. Intermediate Studies teach students discipline-based design theories and practices through specialized study in Architecture, Interior Environments, or Landscape + Urbanism.
