Productivity in the building industry over the past five decades has flat-lined or declined relative to all other non-farm industries – regardless significant innovation and technological advancement. Seventy percent of all projects end over budget and delivered late. Kathleen’s 36+ years of practice includes PMP experience delivering capital projects, establishing Project Management Offices and updating PM processes for Owner organizations. Her years as a senior executive involved leading large, diverse teams and providing direction and influence on building industry best practice in Federal, Provincial and Territorial governments. Kathleen is a founding member of the Lean Construction Institute – Canada, a special committee of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and the current Co-Chair.
